  Typically when I enter this store, I want to pull my hair out because nobody is genuinely helpful. My experience today was incredibly different. My daughter’s phone recently broke and needs to be replaced, and she had spent six hours in the Apple Store trying to reason with them. Joshua, an employee at Verizon, quickly assessed the situation and all of our options to help the make the best decision for us financially. If you must go to this store, definitely ask for Joshua!
